PAE Events is a service and support team who works with the division and other university partners to design and produce inspiring events and experiences that incorporate the UNLV Story.
Our Team
Blending experience with talent and innovation, PAE Events is the creative force behind many universitywide events, as well as luncheons, receptions, celebrations, and unique experiences planned on behalf of the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement.
We provide planning and consulting services to ensure a consistent standard of excellence, quality, hospitality, and protocol across the division.

If you have an upcoming event that fits one of these areas and would like to request the services of our team, please complete the Event Request Form.
We request a minimum of 12 weeks advance notice in order to create the best possible experience for your guests while achieving all of your event goals.
Event Timeline

12 weeks out - Event Request Submitted | 10 weeks out - Discovery Meeting | 7 weeks out - 1st Check-in Meeting | 3 weeks out - 2nd Check-in Meeting | 1 week out - Final Team Meeting and Owner/Producer Meeting | 3 days out - Briefing Meeting | Day 0 - Event Day | 2 days post - Debrief Meeting
