Yan Cao, Ph.D., is a post-doc scholar at The William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has more than five years of professional experience in the hotel, restaurant, and event industries. Cao received her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oklahoma State University. She holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Delaware. Her research interests lie in the areas of consumer behavior and emotions in food sustainability, multi-unit restaurant management, and hotel revenue management.
