Taylor Duffy joined UNLV’s Office of Government and Community Engagement in September of 2022, serving as an Extern for government and community engagement. Currently, Duffy is studying to earn her Juris Doctor degree with a Business and Commercial Law Concentration at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. She is a first-generation law student and is a member of Boyd’s Organization of Women Lawyers (OWLS).

Duffy graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020 summa cum laude with a degree in Business Management and Minor in Pre-Law. Duffy will graduate from Boyd School of Law in May 2023 and plans to pursue a career in local government.

During her time in law school, Duffy has been able to merge her interests in business and government by interning and externing at City Attorney’s Offices in Texas and Nevada and clerking at a private civil law firm, in addition to being a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Boyd school of law.
