Stephanie S. Willes (B.A. and M.A., UNLV) is a lecturer of rhetoric and communication. Her interests in rhetoric primarily focus on vaccine discourse, power, ideology, social justice, digital rhetoric, and identity. Stephanie's other scholarly interests in communication revolve around argumentation, critical thinking, event communication, and public speaking. She strives for an active classroom where students use theoretical concepts in relation to their everyday lives, which provides a deeper understanding of course material.
