Biography

Sheetal Survase is a doctoral candidate in Public Affairs, actively developing expertise in the field of organizational behavior. She is dedicated to bridging research with practical applications to support organizations in managing and enhancing employee behavior for improved productivity, well-being, and workplace satisfaction. Her current research explores the influence of organizational culture on individual psychological capital to promote organizational and employee success.

With a background in nonprofit and higher education, Sheetal has experience in developing and coordinating initiatives addressing health equity, juvenile diversion, and youth development. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from Monash University, Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
