Dr. Shawn Tsuda is a surgeon, teacher, and innovator working in the Las Vegas Valley for 22 years. After completing medical school at the University of Hawaii, general surgical training in Nevada, and advanced training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Harvard, Dr. Tsuda was an associate professor of surgery for 10 years at the University of Nevada School of Medicine before starting his private practice, VIP Surg. In 2022 he graduated from the UNLV Lee Business School MBA program, and has since served as chair of the Valley Health System General Surgery Residency and Viticus Group chief medical officer while continuing practice as a minimally invasive, robotic, and bariatric surgeon.
