Minnesota native Sarah Kepschull has lived in Las Vegas for more than ten years and started her role as the Paraprofessional Pathways Project advisor in July 2024. She brings years of education experience, both in teaching and paraprofessional roles in Minnesota and Nevada. Sarah was a nontraditional student when she received her interdisciplinary degree with a major in instruction and curriculum and a minor in criminal justice from Nevada State University.

She is passionate about education and helping others to achieve their dreams. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
