Dr. Renata Fernandes Guzzo is an Assistant Professor at the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has an undergraduate degree in Tourism from PUC-RS Brazil, an master's degree in Business administration from UFRGS Brazil, an master's degree in hospitality management, and a doctoral degree in hospitality administration from the University of Houston, TX. She has more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, trade associations, and tourism development consulting. Dr. Guzzo has been teaching for 11 years in higher education. She has published in top tier hospitality journals, such as the International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and Cornell Hospitality Quarterly.
