Reggie Bailey has worked at UNLV since 2015. In her current role as the Project Manager for Shared Services in Business Affairs, she oversees projects in areas including Telecommunications, Parking & Transportation Services, Delivery Services, Risk Management & Safety, and Administration Shared Services.

Philosophy

Reggie's philosophy is in alignment with both her degree program training in Psychology and the PMI philosophy for project management: Communication, collaboration, transparency, and accountability. By following these principles, Reggie works to create a cohesive environment in which all stakeholders can play an active role in achieving success.

Background

Reggie has lived all over the US, but the desert southwest is one of her favorite places. A Rebel at heart and a UNLV Alumni, Reggie can't imagine working for a finer institution. Reggie is an active community volunteer and has logged over 10,000 hours of service over the last 10 years.

Education & Certification

Reggie has earned both a master’s degree and Project Management Professional (PMP Certification). She is trained to manage people, programs, projects, and budgets for her area.

Reggie considers herself a lifelong learner and always willing to learn, grow and share what she learns.
