Rameesha is from the “Great White North” also known as Canada, but relocated to northern Nevada to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in educational leadership at the University of Nevada, Reno. Throughout her time at UNR, she worked at admissions and records and at a first-generation academic outreach support program. She is passionate about working with students from diverse backgrounds and helping students achieve their academic goals. After completing her master’s degree, she decided it was time to head to a place with warm weather and a major airport to catch cheap flights. Outside of work Rameesha is always looking for a new place to try new food from whole in the wall to a Michelin star. She loves to travel and spend quality time with friends and family!
