Hobbies/Interests: Binge-watching reality tv, working out/hiking, mindfulness, mental health, and Crime Podcasts.

Favorite Theories, Models, or Research Interests: Currently a few of my research interests lie within the impact of implementing age appropriate mental health and substance use education within schools from an early age into higher education. My favorite theories at the moment are systems theory and intersectionality theory; I like to explore the relationship between the individual and the systems they interact with as well as the role that their intersecting identities play within their relationships with systems.
