What I Wanted to be When I Grew Up: A screenwriter

Hobbies/Interests: Reading, creating music playlists, spending time with my family, and self-care

Favorite Theories, Models, or Research Interests: I have a strong interest in learning about how traumatic experiences can negatively impact the  efficiency of the autonomic nervous system. I am currently studying the benefits of increasing one’s heart rate variability (HRV) to counteract these effects. I also find the internal family systems model compelling, which believes the mind is made up of various sub-personalities.
