Biography
Nicole is the curriculum development and design coordinator for the National Institute for the Advancement of Education. Her role is pivotal to ensuring that professional development created by the Institute accommodates diverse learning styles and is inclusive of all students. She researches industry related topics to create various content types and develops assessment strategies to measure student learning and curriculum effectiveness.
Nicole is a UNLV alumni who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and taught in CCSD as a 5th grade teacher. Nicole recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Equity, Education and Social Justice from California State University, Long Beach.
