Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Assistant Professor in Residence Myles Lum has spent his career working with students to help them figure out how to best communicate their stories to various audiences. He earned his M.A. in Literature and M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Northern Arizona University, where he spent time teaching first and second-year seminars (ENG105 and ENG205). He currently enjoys teaching similar seminar courses in the UNLV Honors College (HON100 and HON110).
