Biography
Myjae is a Neuroscience Ph.D. student interested in investigating cognitive aging & neuropsychological equity. Additionally, she works with Dr. Thessa Hilgenkamp in the CARE Lab where she is interested in the relationship between cognition and exercise in individuals with Down syndrome. Her past research has focused on exploring neuropsychological aspects relating to social behavior in humans. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Kansas in 2018 and is a proud member of the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program. Myjae joined UNLV in 2022 and is excited to expand her knowledge in neuroscience and exercise physiology.
