Mike Archibald started his construction career at his father’s company where he gained extensive experience working with various construction companies on the East Coast. He relocated to Las Vegas in 2016 when he joined Mountain Vista Construction as a project coordinator and later managed building maintenance for Nevada Beverage. In 2022, Mike brought his expertise to UNLV as a maintenance repair specialist II. In his current position, he serves as the facility manager III at the Shadow Lane Campus. He oversees all aspects of building maintenance for six buildings on 21.6 acres and supervises 10 full-time employees.
