Mike started his career from the ground up working in the field with drill rigs, site surveying, and digging trenches. With over 20 years in both public and private sectors, Mike has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and collaboration.

As a professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Mike holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo and Civil Engineering Technology and Technician Diplomas from Fanshawe College.
