Lindsay Erdem holds an M.Ed in Workforce Training & Development from the College of Education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from the College of Business at the University of New Orleans. She has served as a part-time instructor at the UNLV College of Hospitality since 2013 where she has taught in-person, online and hybrid courses related to Event and Human Resources Management.

Lindsay has over fifteen years of hospitality operations experience. As a member of the HR opening team for Aria Resort and Casino, she has designed and delivered instructional content for over ten thousand employees. Most recently she served as a Project Manager with the mobile technology company, Community Brands, where she worked with clients from various backgrounds to offer training on software solutions and to troubleshoot technology issues related to event technologies.

In fall 2020, Lindsay joined The Office of Online Education team and serves as an Embedded Instructional Technologist with the College of Liberal Arts. Her focus is on assisting faculty in the development of instructional materials through the selection, design, production and implementation of e-pedagogies. She also supports the ongoing assistance related to the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of digital instructional materials.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and volunteering at the local elementary school.
