Dr. Lu is a research associate in the Office of Learning Analytics. Her efforts are studying student motivation, engagement, and self-regulated learning through a learning analytics approach. In addition, with big educational data, she provides technical services to support online learning and teaching. Dr. Lu earned Ph.D. in educational ecology studies specializing in learning technologies from The Ohio State University. Her mission is to offer sustainable research-based services for distance education and lifelong learning.
