Larissa Cvach is the Administrative Assistant for The Jean Nidetch Care Center. Although Larissa has experience working in higher education as a tutor and working with the State of Nevada, this is her first position at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Larissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in English literature and sociology from the University of Reno, Nevada. She went on to earn her Master of Arts in English literature and women's, gender, and sexuality studies from Brandeis University. In graduate school, Larissa discovered her passion for intersectional feminism and social justice activism. Her intention in this work is to increase access to resources for all marginalized folx and create a more equitable world together.

In her free time, Larissa can be found trying new coffee shops, out dancing with friends, and attending live theatre and musical performances.
