Kristine Kate Alvarado is a part-time instructor in the BSN program, where she guides students through their pediatric clinical rotations. A proud double alumna of UNLV, she earned both her BSN and MSN from the School of Nursing. Alvarado currently practices as a family nurse practitioner at a pediatric urgent care center and also works as a pediatric ICU RN. She has a strong passion for caring for children and is deeply committed to educating future nurses.
