Biography
With interests in directing, screenwriting, and editing, Krishna Menon is a student in the MFA in writing for dramatic media program at UNLV, and is currently serving as a graduate assistant. He has been living in Las Vegas since 2006. During his 4 years as a UNLV FILM undergraduate, Krishna directed nine short films (wrote 8 and edited 7) and won a Regional Student Emmy for his best-known short film, "Watch the Birdie."
Coming back as a graduate student after a two-year break, Krishna is aiming high and planning to begin making feature films during his second round at UNLV. Krishna is excited about proving himself and leveraging his time in the M.F.A. program toward a productive and creative future.
In his free time, Krishna likes to catch up on films and television shows and playing video games such as League of Legends.
