Research

Kaushik Ghosh's research encompasses both theory and applications of statistics. He is currently interested in novel applications of statistical methodology in the biomedical sciences. Problems that he has worked on include prediction models for cancer mortality and incidence, joint models for longitudinal and survival data, and clustering genes based on microarray data.
