Biography
Kim is a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics in the School of Public Health. Before joining UNLV, she was a research data manager in the pediatrics department at Boston Medical Center. Kim received her Ph.D. in Economics at University at Albany, State University of New York in 2020.
Research and Expertise
Kim’s research interests include evaluating health policy/program including mental health integration in pediatric primary care settings and topics related with COVID-19 and disparities. Her expertise lies in health economics, applied econometrics, and analyzing large datasets such as claims data and electronic health records.
