Biography
For Jerry (Jeremiah) Cartier, music has always been a necessary part of life. This deep musical appreciation extends through all genres of music. His love and appreciation for the art form of DJing began at a young age, watching his older brother scratch break beats on vinyl records by artists such as Run DMC and The Sugarhill Gang. This sparked the desire for the creativity of mixing music with his own eclectic style that has truly elevated his career as a professional DJ. “Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, music was always an essential part of family life,” says Cartier. “The beauty of living in the midwest was that we listened to all types of music.”;
