Biography
Dr. James Stimpson joined UNLV in September 2022. Previously, he worked at Ogden Regional Medical Center for six years before starting the CRNA program at Westminster College in 2006, where he served as Program Director for 16 years. Dr. Stimpson also practiced clinical anesthesia at Ogden Regional Medical Center and Brzowski Plastic Surgery.
He attended Weber State University for two years and graduated from Idaho State University in 1995 with a bachelor of science in nursing. He graduated from the Gonzaga University’s CRNA program in Spokane, WA, in 2000. He graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2010.
