Ian Dodge holds a BFA in dance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Graduating in 2006, he immediately joined Jeanne Ruddy Dance, a Graham-based contemporary dance company in Philadelphia, PA. While in Philadelphia, Dodge also became a principal dancer in the Rebecca Davis Dance Company, a contemporary ballet company, touring, teaching classes and choreographing regionally in the Tri-state area. After returning home to Las Vegas in 2010, Dodge became a member of the Las Vegas Contemporary Dance Company until 2012, touring and teaching both nationally and internationally. 

After a brief dance hiatus, Dodge returned to the stage in 2016, becoming a founding member and featured dancer with SampleDance in Las Vegas. In addition to being a proud and thankful recent addition to the part-time faculty with UNLV Department of Dance, Dodge also teaches and substitutes dance classes around the Las Vegas Valley and is currently a full-time student once again at UNLV, pursuing a B.S. in nutritional studies to become a registered dietitian.
