Heather Palmer graduated from UNLV in 1988 with a B.S. in Education (Special Education) and an M.Ed., specializing in Learning Disabilities, in 1992. She has taught in both public and private schools. Heather is a member of the Council for Exceptional Children, serves on the board of directors for two local non-profit organizations, and is a lifetime member of the UNLV Alumni Association.
