Dr. Heather Monteiro earned an MBA from Georgia College and State University and a Ph.D. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Georgia Southern University. She is currently the Market Research Analyst for the Center for Professional and Leadership Studies (Plus Center) which is housed within the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality Administration. Dr. Monteiro is responsible for hospitality research and analysis and works closely with UNLV faculty to develop and conduct applied research projects primarily in the fields of consumer behavior and consumer insight within the hospitality industry.
