Elaine Aromin joined UNLV School of Dental Medicine in 2023 as the Director of Operations where her responsibilities include developing and managing day-to-day clinic functions, including preparation of budgetary and facilities data; maintaining appropriate staffing levels; overseeing instrument and equipment inventories necessary to conduct patient treatments; and monitoring compliance of internal policies and external regulations.

Before joining the dental school, Elaine was the Assistant Director of Compliance and Contracts at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. Prior to UNLV, she was an administrative assistant at the Birth Center Services at the St. Rose Dominican’s Siena and San Martin hospitals.

Elaine earned her bachelor’s in hospitality management from UNLV, and her master’s in business administration in health sciences from Roseman University. She holds certifications as a Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert and as a Title IX coordinator, investigator, and appeals officer.
