Dr. Dominique D. Burns (she, her) has worked as a Counselor Educator and is currently an assistant professor for the department of Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Human Services. She graduated from UNLV and received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2015). Prior to pursuing her doctorate in Ohio, she served as a victim advocate and professional counselor for a community agency in Clark County serving survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault.
