Diana Anguiano is a pre-medical student at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. She considers Las Vegas her home, having lived here most of her life. She graduated from the College of Southern Nevada High School in 2017. She hopes to obtain her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences in the spring of 2021.

Her main professional goal is to become a physician, in order to advocate better for her community. Her primary research interest involves antibiotic resistance acquisition through mutations. Other special interests include English literature and world history.
