Mrs. Tonogan is a University of Nevada, Las Vegas alum who received her master's degree in social work in 2008 and her bachelor of science in sociology from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. She was raised in Las Vegas and has worked with the homeless population, adult offenders, and children and families. Her primary focus has been with youth and adolescents in public child welfare and the not -for- profit sector.
