Danylle Smith received her BFA in Dance with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2014. Throughout her time at UNLV, she got to perform in South Korea at the Korea National Sports University and in Germany for the Kiel Dance Festival. She has an interest in choreography, which has given her an opportunity to present choreography at AAPHERD, Dance in the Desert, and internationally at the Kiel Dance Festival. She won the Outstanding Senior Choreography Award at UNLV. Smith has worked alongside dancers from Cirque Du Soleil for a special project for DreamWorks Animation. She has also traveled to New York City for the Check It Out Dance Festival. 

She is one of the original members of contemporary company, SampleDance that has performed in the Las Vegas Valley and around the nation. Smith frequently works with Jaricco Dance Company as well. She is also a certified pilates instructor. She has done multiple events for Las Vegas PRIDE and loves giving back to the community. Currently, Smith is a freelance dancer throughout the valley as well as the co- dance captain/choreographer at Stars-n-Stilettos at Hamburger Mary’s. After years of assisting, Smith is excited to be officially teaching at UNLV.
