Biography
Chuck Bombard is currently the General Manager of Royal Links Golf Club. Through the 1980s, Chucks career took him to a couple of different Golf and Country Clubs, most notably La Paloma Golf and Country Club in Tucson, Arizona. While at La Paloma, Chuck had one of his major career highlights by having the great honor of caddying for Jack Nicklaus. In the spring of 1991, Chuck became a part of the PGA Tour and TPC Network as the Head Golf Professional for the Flagship Club TPC Sawgrass. After 5 years at TPC Sawgrass, he moved to Las Vegas and accepted the General Manager position at TPC Canyons.
In 2001, Chuck was promoted to General Manager/Director of Golf for TPC Summerlin. He is a 5 year winner of the Club Operation of the Year award, an active member of the Las Vegas Chapter of the PGA of America and the Southwest Section of the PGA Merchandiser of the Year for the North Florida PGA Section Resort 1996, and Horton Smith Section Award for the Southwest Section of the PGA. Chuck has been a member of the Club Managers' Association of America since 1996, and is active with the Southern Nevada First Tee program. Chuck serves on the Executive Board for the Nevada Golf Industry Alliance, Nevada Golf Hall of Fame, and the NJF Mike O Callaghan Golf Memorial Classic.
