Christopher West joined UNLV in 1996 as a student employee. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in economics, he joined the UNLV Maryland Campus Help Desk team as an administrative assistant III. Today, Christopher manages the Shadow Lane Help Desk where he creates and closes work orders, manages and creates access cards, orders materials, and assists in managing the equipment and vehicle fleet for Facilities Management.
