Cherika Pellum is an advocate for education. She has worked in higher education as an admissions advisor, encouraging prospective students to follow their dreams for 5 years prior to becoming a transfer advisor at University of Las Vegas, Nevada. Cherika is a first-generation college graduate who has a passion for connecting students to an opportunity to change the trajectory of their lives through higher education. She is driven by her experience of overcoming obstacles to pursue a successful and rewarding life for her family. Cherika is excited to join the UNLV/CSN Transfer Program and help to support students as they advance in their academic journeys.
