Caren Yap is a current third year student double majoring in International Business and Business Marketing with a double minor in Global Entrepreneurship and Brookings Public Policy. Besides her other leadership roles on campus and love for student government, she has a goal of merging her passions for marketing and public policy into a future career!

As the current Student Body President, she is responsible for creating the budget for the fiscal year, maintaining relations with administration and the Nevada System of Higher Education, representing students and so much more! Some of her most notable CSUN accomplishments include receiving a UNLV Gold Pin from the UNLV President, cultivating the CSUN internship program to 40 students and being the first chair of the University Initiatives Committee.

In her free time, you can find her sipping on a blue raspberry peach lemonade from Dutch Bros, at Cane's or raving about the newest sweater in her collection!
