Biography
Brandon Eddy, Ph.D., who completed his doctorate in couple, marriage, and family therapy at Texas Tech University, is an Associate Professor in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Couple & Family Therapy Program.
A graduate of Utah's Weber State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in child and family studies, Dr. Eddy completed his master’s degree in child, youth, and family studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Eddy is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). He specializes in perinatal mental health and autism spectrum disorder.
An accomplished researcher, he has contributed chapters to six books, including The Psychology of Fatherhood Handbook and Systemically Treating Autism: A Clinician's Guide for Empowering Families. His research has also been published widely in peer-reviewed journals including the International Journal of Systemic Therapy and Marriage & Family Review.
Eddy is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
