Andrew has been a part of the Fastenal organization since 2012 joining his final year while attending the University of Toledo for his Masters in Business Administration. Fastenal is an industrial and supply chain partner to manufacturing and distribution businesses worldwide operating in 26 different countries. Prior to taking on the District Manager role and moving to Las Vegas 10 years ago, Andrew opened and ran a fulfillment center in Southern California earning the Top Branch in our Region. In the past 10 years, we have been able to grow our district sales over 4x while increasing our footprint from six  locations to thirteen spreading from Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, and the Southern Nevada markets. Responsibilities include sales management,  human resources, recruiting, operations and asset management. This territory has finished in the Top 25 districts in the company 4 of the last 10 years with key performance indicators of sales growth, profit growth, and a strong return on our assets. Andrew places a high priority on our employee retention as well as our ability to promote from within as an organization.
