Biography
Andrew Hardin is a full professor of Information Systems and the former associate dean for Research and Graduate Programs at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Professor Hardin’s research focuses on virtual collaboration, financial decision support systems, and research methodologies. His publications have appeared in journals such as Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Psychological Methods, Educational and Psychological Measurement, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Hardin has served as senior editor for three of the top eight IS journals. He twice received the UNLV Lee Business School researcher of the year award, and helped raise over $5 million in donations, grants, and NSF awards since his arrival in 2007.
