Biography
Aditi Singh, MD, a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, is an associate professor in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV Department of Internal Medicine and currently serves as the internal medicine residency program director.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Singh completed her internal medicine residency and chief residency at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, where she also served as an associate internal medicine residency program director for eight years.
Dr. Singh has been in medical education for over 10 years, presenting medical education-related sessions at national and international meetings. An active member of the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine, she served on the editorial board of “A Textbook for Today’s Chief Medical Residents.”
An inpatient physician, as well as clinic preceptor, Dr. Singh was appointed to the Silver State Scripts Board. She is the recipient of multiple awards, including the American College of Physicians (ACP) Nevada Chapter Volunteerism and Community Service Award in 2015, 2019, and 2020. In 2017, she also was honored with the ACP Nevada Chapter Teacher of the Year Award.
Dr. Singh also serves as faculty advisor for the medical school's Gold Humanism Honor Society. She is co-chair for the Graduate Medical Education Diversity Subcommittee.
Dr. Singh has several peer-reviewed publications, including in the International Journal of Cardiology and JAMA Internal Medicine. She is a recipient of the Leonard Tow Humanism Award and a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
