Abbi has been serving the UNLV community, as a Student Outreach Specialist, since the programs start in 2017. She also works as a high school English teacher for the Clark County School District. In May 2019, she earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education, from UNLV. Prior to this, she worked as a high school English teacher in Southern Colorado. Abbi earned her B.A. in English, Secondary Education, from Colorado State University- Pueblo, in 2014. As Abbi has been with this program from the beginning, she has been able to see the positive impact that her role has on students. She believes that education paves the way to success for all, and is dedicated to providing students with everything that they need to thrive.
