UNLV Parking & Transportation Services has partnered with PayByPhone, a third-party application that allows individuals to pay for student daily, hourly, or visitor parking on campus.
Download the “PayByPhone Parking” app from Google Play or the iTunes app store. The PayByPhone app will also send reminders before parking sessions expire and give the option of extending parking time in select areas.
- Download the PayByPhone App from the Blackberry, Google Play, and iOS App Store.
- Sign in to your PaybyPhone profile (first-time users will need to register).
- To set up a new account, users will enter a mobile phone number and email address and select a password.
- Enter the unique location code for the lot or space.
- To minimize errors do not use the nearby location option.
- Enter vehicle information.
- Type of vehicle
- License plate number
- Select the time length needed.
- Options listed will be determined by the location chosen.
- High turnover lots have a two hour maximum.
- Choosing more than four hours will default to a day pass for cost savings.
- Select payment options.
- New users will enter payment information.
- Select “complete” to finish the transaction.
Users will receive a confirmation email listing the transaction details and, if notifications are turned on, an alert ten minutes before parking is set to expire with the option to renew. Lots U, and D have a maximum daily time of two hours. Lot V has a maximum daily time of four hours. Renewal for these lots is not available.
- Log in to PayByPhone through a browser.

- Sign in with a profile, register for a profile, or continue as a guest.

- Call PayByPhone services toll-free at 1-888-680-7275. This number is listed on all lot signs.

- Select option 1 to pay for parking.
- Enter unique location code for the lot or space.
- Select the length of time needed.
- Options listed are determined by the location chosen.

- Confirm license plate number.
- New users will be asked to enter the country and license plate for their profile.
- Confirm transaction when prompted.
