The Graduate College is excited to invite the UNLV community to an inspiring evening with acclaimed author Prisca Dorcas Mojica Rodriguez on Oct. 15, 2024, 3:30-6 p.m. at the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art. This special event, hosted by the UNLV Graduate College, will feature Rodriguez’s keynote lecture, “Storytelling as Resistance.”

This exhibition centers on traditional Mexican ex-votos (votive retablo paintings) and features art by contemporary Latinx artists from the United States and Mexico.
