Retirement Reception to Celebrate Greg Stephany Aug. 9

Greg Stephany, executive director of the Office of International Programs, is retiring after 18 years of service at UNLV.

Stephany joined UNLV’s Office of International Programs in 2006 as the Curriculum Integration Coordinator. From 2012 to 2017, he was part of a team that rejuvenated and grew the Honors College. Stephany returned to the Office of International Programs in 2017 and was promoted to executive director in 2022. He spent years helping UNLV students achieve an international experience, many of them recalling it was their highlight of their time at UNLV. Stephany was also involved with the incident management team that helped the university and our community respond to and recover from the pandemic. He is most proud of the relationships and friendships created with others in our UNLV community and deeply appreciates the care, generosity, and support that he has received across campus.

Stephany's passion and dedication have set him apart as a leader in his field. He has been a true mentor and role model to UNLV students. We wish him all the best in his retirement. His knowledge and camaraderie will be deeply missed.

Please join us Friday, Aug. 9 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. inside the Beverly Rogers Literature and Law Building (RLL) Room 101 to celebrate Greg Stephany's retirement.

Please RSVP for the event.
