Reservable Office and Conference Rooms Available for Fall 2024

Building Resources are spaces that are not assigned to one unit and available for use by all faculty and staff. These spaces include break rooms, conference rooms, and hoteling (reservable) offices and workstations. Some spaces are limited to regular business hours or must receive approval from the unit sharing the room through the Google Calendar reservation.

Hoteling (reservable) office space supports flexible work schedules and provides a location for those that would like a place to work between meetings when moving about campus. These spaces can also be used for office hours for part-time instructors, graduate assistants, and student employees when there is not dedicated space available.  These are not meant to be second office locations reserved regularly for full days.

Conference rooms are also available for use by faculty and staff.

Expectations for those using these spaces:

  • Request Key PKD588 and Proximity Card access for the Hoteling Offices group and BRCR for conference rooms. You must access the link on campus or by using VPN.
  • Reserve the location using Google Calendar.
  • If there are changes to your initial reservation, update the Google Calendar.
  • Do not remove items from the room (furniture, screens, chairs, cables, etc).
  • Clean up after yourself.
  • Lock the door when leaving the space.

For departments that are interested in creating a hoteling space for departmental use or as a building resource, please reach out to Jennifer McCarthy or Heidi Albrecht to discuss the process at x50484 or through email.
