iServiceDesk will undergo an upgrade from Nov. 27 to Dec. 2, which will streamline the overall user experience and improve service efficiency. During this time, the platform will be offline and customers will be unable to submit service requests. Customers may submit requests by calling the FM Helpdesk at 702-895-HELP or through the RebelSAFE mobile app.
The new platform, Rebels@Work, will replace iServiceDesk, offering customers the following new features:
- Single sign-on with ACE credentials
- A more efficient maintenance request tracking process
- One platform for all service requests, including:
- Building Maintenance
- Grounds
- Custodial
- Access Services (Lock Shop)
- Vehicle Services (Motor Pool)
- Rebel Recycling
- Planning & Construction Requests
Rebels@Work will be accessible exclusively to UNLV faculty and staff, including student workers, via the Facilities Management website and the My Apps Dashboard.
