Attention campus event planners! The new scheduling system at SUES is ready to launch! This change will allow for scheduling to be more transparent and will permit self-scheduling in select cases. The web version of EMS, called Everyday User (EU), allows users to reserve space and services with SUES more directly and efficiently. To make a reservation in the EMS EU application, users need an active EU account with the right security and process templates. There are two steps to take:

 1. Sign up for a user account.

2. Attend a 2-hour training in August 2024. You can select your training preference when you sign up for your account.
