This highly anticipated event will delve into the often-overlooked yet essential topic of how lawyers can effectively counsel their clients on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options.

Using a practical “top five tips” format, Shestowsky will highlight key insights drawn from empirical research, particularly in psychology, to provide actionable strategies for enhancing ADR client counseling. The lecture aims to fill a significant gap in legal literature and offer lawyers tools to better serve their clients in exploring ADR pathways.
